So, at lunch today, THIS happened:

Deep-fried heaven wrapped in styrofoam.

I recently discovered a newbie food truck that calls downtown Harrisburg its home, and it's absolutely amazing.  The Chicken Truck offers, um, chicken (just in case you weren't sure) along with a few other deep-fried items such as pickles, mushrooms, fries, and onion rings.  I'm basically BFFs with the owner now (what up, Joey), and I can't get enough of this place.  The only thing I have yet to try are the onion rings, but everything else has been perfectly fried and perfectly seasoned. 

I'm setting my alarm now for the gym in the morning...
